Celebrating Success: University Concludes the “Intilaqah English Language Camp”

The university concluded the “Intilaqah English Language Camp” with a closing ceremony attended by University President Dr. Mohammad Almohaimeed, university leaders and staff, and the participants’ parents. During the ceremony, Almohaimeed honored the participating students and success partners in celebration of the successful conclusion of the five-week program. During the event, Director of Student Life Dr. Fahad bin Mohammed Al-Ajlan noted that the camp provided an integrated educational experience focused on developing students’ English language skills, building their character, and enhancing their self-confidence by connecting language learning with practical use in an engaging university environment. He explained that the camp featured supporting tracks covering modern skills, leadership, and teamwork, alongside sports activities, trips, and field visits. It also incorporated a values-based track that promoted discipline, responsibility, respect for rules, and team spirit. He added that the camp provided students with a structured daily routine through which they practiced what they learned, developed greater independence, and interacted with their peers. He emphasized that the conclusion of the camp marks not the end of the journey, but the beginning of continued language development and the practical application of the knowledge and skills they gained. The Director of Student Life expressed his appreciation for the continuous support of the University President, participating departments, the program’s language partner, trainers, supervisors, and all teams whose dedicated efforts ensured the camp’s success. Over five weeks, the “Intilaqah English Language Camp” combined learning, practice, and application through six comprehensive tracks—covering language, academics, skills, leadership, values, and sports—enriching the participants’ overall university experience.
