Introduction:

Sulaiman Al-Rajhi University is a non-profit entity that seeks to develop human capital and community development under the umbrella of Islamic Sharia.

Note: in case that the semester fees are not paid before the end of the first week of study, the reduction grant does not apply to the student, and he must pay the original fees during the first month of study.

Second: Fee Refund guidelines:

Kindly note the conditions regulating the refund of tuition fees in case of withdrawal or dropping from the study according to the following:
If students wish to withdraw from the colleges or excuse themselves from a semester/ year before studying commences according to the academic calendar in Saudi Arabia, or the special academic calendar at the colleges, they will have the right to receive a full refund to the paid fees except the application fees for the new students.
If students wish to withdraw from the colleges or excuse themselves from a semester/ year within one week of studies commencing, according to the academic calendar in Saudi Arabia, or the special academic calendar at the colleges, they will have the right to 75% of the tuition fees for this semester/academic year.
If students wish to withdraw from the colleges or excuse themselves from a semester/ year within the second week of studies commencing, according to the academic calendar in Saudi Arabia, or the special academic calendar at the colleges, they will have the right to 50% of the tuition fees for this semester/academic year.
If students wish to withdraw from the colleges or excuse themselves from a semester/ year after the end of the second week of studies commencing, according to the academic calendar in Saudi Arabia, or the special academic calendar at the colleges, they will not have the right for refund of their paid fees for this semester / academic year. Note: the approved date for fee refund is the date of the approval of the withdrawal by the authorized Dept.

    Fifth : Internship program fees:

    When the student successfully completes the study plan, the specific training period for each major,-which considered an integral part of the study of the specialization- begins, and this period called (Internship program)
    Academic excellence Scholarship for students admitted for the academic year 2017/2018 and after:
    Internship program fees calculated according to the following:
    Training fees (according to the fees of the training agency for that period *), and it is fully charged to the student.
    University fees, which are (approved tuition fees - training fees). The scholarship discount due to the student applied according to the GPA achieved in (the semester / last year of the study plan). Meaning that the scholarship discount applies to (tuition fees after excluding training fees).
    Internship program fees calculated according to the following:
    Internship training fees separated from tuition fees.
    In case the student pays the training fees directly to the training agency, he should contact the Training unit and Financial Dept. to complete the procedures.
    Internship program fees for the Major of Medicine for the years (2020 & 2021) are approx. 24,000 SR, and for the major of Medical Laboratories for the years (2020 and 2021) it is approx. 18,000 SR, and it may change for the coming years as it is subject to the policy of the training authorities.
