Introduction:

The university seeks to facilitate study through a set of advantages and discounts that help the student to focus on his educational attainment, by facilitating ways to pay tuition fees with easy and accessible means and privileges.

First: Fee Payment guidelines:

  1. Benefiting from the strategic partnership with the Sulaiman Al Rajhi Foundation for Development Finance through the “Maslak” program :
    • Where you can pay the tuition fees in installments and get a discount.
    • Note that the number of installment years is as follows:
      • Faculty of Medicine: with a maximum of 12 years, starting from the study years until after graduation.
      • majors : with a maximum of 9 years, starting from the years of study until after graduation.

    Note: in case that the semester fees are not paid before the end of the first week of study, the reduction grant does not apply to the student, and he must pay the original fees during the first month of study.

    Third: Fee Refund guidelines:

    Kindly note the conditions regulating the refund of tuition fees in case of withdrawal or dropping from the study according to the following:
    If students wish to withdraw from the colleges or excuse themselves from a semester/ year before studying commences according to the academic calendar in Saudi Arabia, or the special academic calendar at the colleges, they will have the right to receive a full refund to the paid fees except the application fees for the new students.
    If students wish to withdraw from the colleges or excuse themselves from a semester/ year within one week of studies commencing, according to the academic calendar in Saudi Arabia, or the special academic calendar at the colleges, they will have the right to 75% of the tuition fees for this semester/academic year.
    If students wish to withdraw from the colleges or excuse themselves from a semester/ year within the second week of studies commencing, according to the academic calendar in Saudi Arabia, or the special academic calendar at the colleges, they will have the right to 50% of the tuition fees for this semester/academic year.
    If students wish to withdraw from the colleges or excuse themselves from a semester/ year after the end of the second week of studies commencing, according to the academic calendar in Saudi Arabia, or the special academic calendar at the colleges, they will not have the right for refund of their paid fees for this semester / academic year. Note: the approved date for fee refund is the date of the approval of the withdrawal by the authorized Dept.

    Fifth : Internship program fees:

    In the following majors: (MBBS, MLS and Nursing)
    When the student successfully completes the study plan, the specific training period for each major,-which considered an integral part of the study of the specialization- begins, and this period called (Internship program)
    Internship program fees calculated according to the following:
    Internship training fees separated from tuition fees.
    In case the student pays the training fees directly to the training agency, he/she should contact the Training unit and Financial Dept. to complete the procedures.
