The College of Applied Medical Sciences to be established in Qassim is expected to be a leader in pursuit of its mandate for Human Resource Development in the field of Public Health.
Objectives:
The objectives of the College are:Institutional Set-up: The College will have various academic departments and two field practice areas at Urban Health Centre. The College will have a well qualified and highly experienced teaching faculty.
- To develop health manpower by providing undergraduate/graduate training facilities;
- To conduct research relating to various health problems and disease in the community;
- To provide the support services in urban and rural areas; and
- To support and guide various programs at National level.
